How will my order ship?

All orders ship plastic free, and each shipment is carbon offset through our partnership with carbonfund.org

Where will it ship from?

All orders ship form our warehouse in Temecula, California - USA.

When will my order ship?

We process and fulfill all orders within 24 hours after the order is placed, except on weekends and major holidays during which fulfillment can take up to 2-3 business days. We ship via USPS Priority Mail and UPS Ground, depending on package dimensions, and orders shipping to the West Coast will arrive within 1–3 business days after we ship. Orders shipping to the East Coast will arrive within 3–5 business days. 

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer free ground shipping for domestic (US) orders over $50, and charge a flat rate of $5.95 on orders under $50. For expedited shipping, please select one of our express options at checkout.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship worldwide. The cost of international shipping is automatically calculated at checkout and depends on the destination country and the customer's choice of carrier. 

How do I know if my order has shipped?

After your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours - up to 72 during the Holiday season - after receiving the email for the tracking information to populate on the USPS or UPS website. If you don't see any email after placing your order, please make sure to double check your spam folder and whitelist hello@friendsheepwool.com.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: We accept no liability for any loss resulting from the customer’s failure to comply with our carrier’s delivery. Our responsibility towards the fulfillment process ends once the package is in the carrier's hands - as shown by the tracking history. We are not responsible for any carrier's delays or longer than expected transit times. We are in no way responsible for claims of packages not received if the carrier's tracking history shows the package as delivered. If the carrier has to return the shipment to us then the customer will be liable for all shipping charges and credited for all merchandise returned in sellable condition.
